Adrak wali chai (ginger tea) is one of the most loved Indian teas — warm, soothing, and full of flavour. It’s not just refreshing but also great for digestion, immunity, and cold relief.





Ginger Tea (Adrak wali Chai)

Ingredients 

Water – 1½ cup

Ginger – 2 inch

Cinnamon – 1 stick

Clove – 2

Mint leaves – 3-4.                  Tulsi – 5-6

Tea leaves – 3tsp

Milk – 1 cup

Sugar – 3tsp

Rose petals – few


Method 

Boil the water add crushed ginger, cinnamon, clove, mint leaves, tulsi leaves, tea leaves, tea powder and sugar boil it nicely now add milk rose petals boil it for 5 to 6 min.
