Broccoli Almond Soup by Chef Anu

It’s a creamy, wholesome soup made by blending cooked broccoli and almonds, sometimes enriched with milk or cream. The almonds give it a nutty richness, while broccoli brings a fresh, earthy taste. It’s often served as a warm starter or a light dinner.



BROCCOLI ALMOND SOUP

INGREDIENTS
Water 
Broccoli - 200 gm
Spinach - 80 gm
Almond - 15 to 20

FOR TADKA
Butter - 1 tbsp
Maida- 1 tbsp
Milk- 500 ml
Black pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt 
Sugar - 1 tbsp

Method 
Boil broccoli and spinach
Soak almonds for 1hr 
Now make a pure of spinach, broccoli and almonds
Take a pan add butter roast maida add pure now add all the above ingredients mix well and take one boil.
