Rasmalai Chocolate Mithai
Ingredients
Melted white chocolate- 1 cup
Yellow oil based colour- 1/8 tsp
Rasmalai essence- 5 to 6 drops
Rose petals- 1/2tsp
Chopped pista- 1/2 tsp
Method
Take melted white chocolate mix all the ingredients and pour in any shaped mould garnish with rose petals, pista now freeze for 10 to 15 min and unmould
