Sprouted Moong Paratha by Chef Anu

It’s a healthy Indian flatbread made with whole wheat flour and a filling of sprouted green gram (moong beans), often spiced with onions, chilies, and herbs. The paratha is cooked on a griddle with ghee or oil until golden and crisp.
